The foundation of The MJKII System is the Buyer’s Journey or the path that someone becomes a customer

Brand Awareness

First, someone discovers your brand. This can be through social media, your website, or other marketing activities. 

Second, that person becomes a lead through a direct ad-campaign or special offer that makes them reach out to you. 

Third, we now enter the sales process and convert the prospect from a lead to a customer.

Fourth, the new customer goes through our fulfillment process / client experience phase.

Lastly, the customer has a great experience and leaves us a review, buys from us again, or sends us a referral.

Reactivation

Reactivation is our starting point and eventual end goal for all customers because this is where the gold is for your business. You never need to do Lead Generation again if every customer you have does 2/3. Left you a review, bought from you again, or referred someone to you. 

For example: If we have 100 customers, they do 2 actions, and our average sale size is $1,000… that means we have $200,000
(100 x 2 x $1000) in potential revenue before spending a dollar on Brand Awareness or Lead Generation. 

We already have a customer base that we put the effort in to love us. Let’s make sure that all of the juice is squeezed out of those customers. 

We have customers in our pipeline, which means we have expectations that need to be exceeded. Once those expectations are exceeded, the likelihood of the customer Reactivating goes through the roof. 

If the customer has a poor experience with us, they become a dead customer, ineligible for repeat sales, 5 star reviews, and referral opportunities. 

We should have some leads coming in the door already, so let’s convert them into customers! 

In this phase, we examine and alter your sales process. If we find that there is a sales issue.

We want to focus on expectation setting and demonstrating what it’s like to be a customer of ours. 

We can also set the stage for capturing reviews, repeat sales, and referral opportunities when we knock it out of the park for them. 

If leads are slow, we can work to drive more leads into the door via promotional offers and paid ads. 

Besides the offer, our ads focus on showing customer success stories and providing confidence that we can solve their problems. 

Brand Awareness takes time to see results (the thing you care the most about). Unfortunately growing an engaged social media following or becoming #1 on Google through SEO isn’t an overnight journey. It can be frustrating to go months without seeing the results you’re looking for. 

That’s why we do Brand Awareness activities (social posting and SEO) in the background while we keep the majority of our focus on the other steps above.
